SITUATION
Headington Quarry is a residential district of Oxford located to the south east of Headington and just inside the ring road. The area is predominantly residential now, but there is a history of quarrying in the area going back to the 14th Century. There are three pubs in 'The Quarry', a mid 18th Century church (the burial place of C.S. Lewis) and this location at the southern end of Gladstone Road is within easy walking distance of the London and airport bus services. The ring road is just 300 metres away making this is an ideal position for commuting via the A/M40 to London or Birmingham. Headington also offers a convenient base for exploring Oxford City Centre and all it has to offer.

The report is conducted by a third party independent clerk. This report is compared to the inventory which is prepared prior to the tenancy commencing to establish whether any deductions should be taken from your deposit and is paid for by the landlord.
