Cecilia's is the perfect cosy cottage for any time of year with all the little extra luxuries. Feather down duvets and pillows with high cotton count duvet covers and bath sheets, dressing gowns and slippers to sink into.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker and gas hob if you like to cook but with so many eateries there is no need to slave over the oven. Starting with breakfast there is the renowned artisan bakery the Mill Bakery serving breakfast like your Grandmother would have made at the foot of the square.

Perfect for exploring the stunning Jurassic coastline, which has been awarded world heritage status. As well as walking there is surfing, sailing & for more land locked tastes, local galleries & independent shops. Sample all of the delicious restaurants a stone's throw away - this town and its environs is seriously foodie. (Amongst the varied restaurants are: Mark Hix's Oyster & Fish House, The Mill Tea & Dining Room which is in the Michelin Guide and is the Good Food Guide Regional Winner 2012 and the fabulous Millside Restaurant. the River Cottage is near by with its cookery school and the River Cottage Canteen is in Axminster. All of these gastro delights have an emphasis on food that is sustainable, local and organic).

At application stage:

Holding Deposit

A holding deposit will be payable of one weeks rent at the time of applying for a property. This deposit reserves the property.

During your tenancy:

Unpaid rent/returned payments - interest is payable from the date on which the Rent was due until the date on which the Rent is actually paid.  The interest rate will be 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate.

At the end of your tenancy:

A check out charge will be payable at the end of your tenancy and the cost will be deducted from deposit. The charge for the checkout report is dependent on the size/type of the property. The report is conducted by a third party independent clerk. This report is compared to the inventory which is prepared prior to the tenancy commencing to establish whether any deductions should be taken from your deposit and is paid for by the landlord.
