All studios have huge windows on two sides giving bright views of river life on both sides of Folly Island. Set back from the road and with new double glazing, they are well insulated and quiet.

Three studios have ensuite bathrooms. There are two further bathrooms, one is a funky wetroom with a quirky stained glass window. You can stand under the rain shower and spy on the boats gliding down the river below.

Tables and chairs on the river bank allows guests to enjoy the boats and the birdlife when the sun shines. There is CCTV monitored parking for six cars at extra charge.

Just across the courtyard is one of Oxford's most fashionable eating places, the Folly, which provides elegant riverside dining. A discount is offered to guests at Folly Bridge House and dinner can be brought to the house at no extra charge if the restaurant is not too busy .
