Property Management Assistant

 

An opportunity for a Property Management Assistant has become available at our Oxford City office in St Clements.

 

 

Overview

To assist a busy team of Property Managers with all aspects of the administration of Property Management.

 

 

Duties Include:

  • Full time, based in St Clements, Oxford
  • First point of contact for any calls
  • Sign keys in and out to contractors
  • Management of all Property Management keys
  • Booking inventories and sending reports to tenants
  • Preparing new tenancies
  • Completing end of tenancy procedures
  • General administration duties including sorting post, utility bills and invoices
  • Booking in property maintenance jobs
  • Ordering furniture
  • Arranging property inspections and sending inspection reports

 

Skills Needed:

  • Good customer service/telephone skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good grasp of Excel and spread sheet management
  • Initiative and quick thinker
  • Accurate with attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate problems and find solutions
  • Flexibility
  • Driving license and car preferable but not essential

Lettings Administrator

 

An opportunity for a Lettings Administrator has become available at our office in Summertown.

 

 

Overview

 

  • Full time, based in Summertown
  • Answering the telephone
  • Meeting and greeting new and existing clients
  • Preparing window displays
  • Arranging tenant viewings and property valuations
  • Responding to general enquiries by phone and email
  • Processing tenancy applications
  • Progressing tenants' references
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and associated paperwork
  • Handling landlord and tenant queries
  • Ensuring documents and funds are in order before tenants move in

 

 

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills and will enjoy working as part of a team. You should have a full, clean, UK driving license and your own car is essential (mileage paid). ARLA qualified is preferable but not essential.
