The Space

This spacious and light three-bedroom village home offers comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. Experience the charm of village life without compromising on access to the city.

Living Room: Enter through the hall into a bright, airy living room with a smart TV, comfortable seating, and a separate desk area. There’s also a downstairs WC with basin.

Kitchen & Dining: The living room leads down a step to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with views of the garden. Features include a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and large gas stove.

Outdoor Space: The kitchen opens onto a terrace with a BBQ, table, chairs, and umbrella for outdoor dining. Continue to a graveled garden bordered by tall trees, perfect for enjoying the birdsong in summer.

First Floor:

Master bedroom at the front with an en-suite bathroom and enclosed shower. The super king bed can be split into two singles on request.

Second bedroom is a double with garden views.

Family bathroom with large bath and overhead shower.

Top Floor:

Charming third bedroom with two single beds and a basin. Accessed via a quirky paddle staircase, this room is not recommended for children under 7 or elderly or infirm guests.

Parking outside the property is restricted to permit holders between 8am–6:30pm. Overnight parking is free.

Holding Deposit

A holding deposit will be payable of one weeks rent at the time of applying for a property. This deposit reserves the property.
Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right to Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and/or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).

During your tenancy:

Unpaid rent/returned payments - interest is payable from the date on which the Rent was due until the date on which the Rent is actually paid.  The interest rate will be 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate.

At the end of your tenancy:

A check out charge will be payable at the end of your tenancy and the cost will be deducted from deposit. The charge for the checkout report is dependent on the size/type of the property. The report is conducted by a third party independent clerk. This report is compared to the inventory which is prepared prior to the tenancy commencing to establish whether any deductions should be taken from your deposit and is paid for by the landlord.
