The town is well situated to provide good access via road and rail to Birmingham to the North and to London to the South.

The property lies within the Heythrop Hunt country within the North Cotswold and Vale of White Horse Hunts being within easy distance. Polo at Cirencester Park. Golf courses in the area include Wychwood, Naunton Downs, Burford and Cirencester.
