It boasts a garden office with light and power and other outbuildings. There is also potential to add a double garage or car port at the front or create further parking if required. The property is highly versatile in terms of layout so could be used in different ways, including using one of the downstairs reception rooms as a fourth bedroom if a buyer so wished. It may also offer scope for further extension subject to the necessary consents being obtained.
